It looks like you can see the abradable compressor housing stuff, so my vote is "yes, those are the turbos from the 280HP cars".

Wave, look at the part number on the turbo's. The RZ 1999 turbo's part number has already been posted, either do a search and compare, or post your part number and ask Manny (SleepR1) or others if it's the same.
