borch from what rpm - 3000 does it have the hesitation at medium throttle? The easiest things you can do for that is change the spark plugs or take them out and clean them. Make sure your connections CLICK when you put the plug wires on and maybe take off the coil wiring harness and take off the ground on there in case that is arking. Make sure you put the connectors back correctly I think its white black blue is the order but look it up please so you don't blow the motor!

It happens anywhere from 3000 to 3700 rpms.

I'll check the plug wires out. The plugs have about 2500 miles on them.

I successfully removed the Profec B and re-plumbed the car back to stock with the valves in the line. Haven't had much time to tweak yet, but on the way to work this morning I was at 9-6-9. Now it's just finding the right road to run, get out of the car and tweak, run, get out of the car and tweak, etc..........

Greg, glad you're getting close to fixing it. No progress on my end...going to check out the F1 pits today, Saturday Quals, and big F1 race on Sunday...THIS USGP race will actually mean something (points battle close between Schumacher and Montoya!). Perhaps next weekend, I'll have more time to screw around with the FD3S...

After a little testing and tuning at lunch, here is the scoop.

3rd Gear... WOT

Jump to 12psi and immediately back to 9.

Transition drop to 5

Jump to 11psi and immediately back to 8.

Seems like something is telling the controls that it is too much boost and dropping down to 9/8 immediately.

hmm there's not much else we can help with
it looks like it's time for you to do the simplification too
and check to make sure all of your solenoids are working and that all lines are connected.

This morning, I decided to do the 2500 rpm boost test. It ran a perfect 9-6-9 without spiking. Then I was screwing around in traffic and it did the 11-9-5-11-9 trick again.

Gotta get rid of that spike.
