You are going to have to import it from somewhere. Either Europe, Japan, or North America. The problem with a car like this in that part of the world is the theft potential of it. Doesn't South Africa have the hightest auto theft rate and car jacking statistics in the known universe?

Hiya , I grew up in South Africa and Im now living in South Carolina. Where in SA are you? I was orig from Empangeni in Natal and then moved to Knysna in the Cape before immigrating to the US. They only had the older RX7s in SA , the FD never made it over there....what a shame. If you import one you will be one of the few if not only.

I'm also South African. ( and some other countries.. ) but born in JHB..
As far as importing it I know its not very difficult. My cousin imported a skyline and he said there wasnt anything besides paperwork and paying some bastard minister of rubbish a small fee.
The bad news is the skyline was hijacked. The 1 hijacker was shot by the other got the car.
Also most places dont insure foreign cars so check that out as well.
I'll be in JHB in June so drop me an email and I can get you more details.
cheers
