Exclamation HELP Running Rich, Check Engine Light....

did a little searching, to no avail...

anyway...just got done with a brand new reman install, new turbos, injectors, vacuum lines and all that...

started the car and let it run for about an hour and it was running rich, fine, can handle that for now. then the check engine light just came on and our code reader isnt lettin us read it! (not pullin up the code)

no gassy smell IN the engine, just out the exhaust.
thought the maincat might be bad (bought one from a user here)...so were puttin on a downpipe to see if that leans it out a little (not boosting anyway...just to troubleshoot)
checked map sensor....not plugged
checked o2 sensor...on tight

ECU...it started up rotoboy066's car, but we didnt get to test it that long. not sure if its that good or not.

anyone have any ideas? is my ecu shot?
thanks for your help

mike

figuring out what codes it is throwing will most likely tell you why it is running rich if its a faulty sensor or something of that nature.

What do you mean "...MAP sensor.... NOT plugged?

That would cause a rich condition.

Another possibility is the coolant temp sensor.
