tank of clean premium? what have you been running?

 

premium with 4 oz premix (valvoline 2 cycle racing oil).

 

do you premix only?

4 oz is a bit low for a full tank of gas from what i've seen.

I put in an oz of premix for every gallon of fuel.

 

no the premix is just a bit of insurance. My MOP remains functional, or as functional as the PFC will let it. 4oz is standard, more if racing.

then it sounds to me like u might have a stuck seal somwhere, it might be that u are loosing some compression on one side seal or a corner seal. The engine should shake alot and have a deep V8 sound if u have a broken apex seal. Mine did when i broke one of mine in august.

Try the transsmission fluid trick if u find out that u got low compression on one of your rotors.

But it should not be under 80 psi or somthing, a blown apex would result in below 50 psi. Mine was at 30.30.117

It could be somthing simple.

But do a compression check. That can tell u alot about the engine.
