Help me fuel system
I want to upgrade my fuel system to modern
heres what i think of
Bosch 44 external tank 8an into 60 micron fuel filter
then heres what i have not decided yet
should i run into primary rail then to secondary rail or better split to two rails from the filter.
and i was thinking using radium eng first and seconddafy rails with their fuel damper in the primary and using sard fpr or radium fpr before back to tank
i think thats the most simple way ..
Can anyone tell me what brand i should consider it for my setup ?
And also if this pararel is not good and have to switch to series setup. How much power different will i make?
since i only want to use 1 pump

I have GT35 single turbo
Boost target arround 15psi
horse target not over 300whp i think

Bosch 44 is a VERY old pump design. Very loud and obnoxious. For what you are wanting power-wise a drop in Walbro will do the job.
Really, for 300hp you can use the stock fuel injectors.

I'll bet that my fuel system has had more version and different DC fuel pumps than anyone else in this forum. That said, Dale is sage; disagree at your own peril.

That is the reason i want to change and upgrade
maybe in the future i wNt to add more power so i already have the parts
walbro i have a bad experience with them in the past

Don't fall into the "I need to upgrade for some future mod" trap - you can always re-sell mods. Stuff like fuel pumps that are cheap and easy, that's no big deal. Regardless a good Walbro pump will do the trick.

selling second hand rotary part in my country is hard
so i better stick to my plan to keep ahead on the specs
Yeah i know for long time there are so many fake walbro.
And fyi... stock e30 fuel pump is external. So i better run with the bosch pump.

OK, after having a lightbulb moment and digging through his post history, this is for a motor swap into a BMW E30 chassis. That would have been helpful to know at the beginning of this thread.
What would work on an FD is going to be different in this case. I have NO idea how the gas tank and fuel system is designed in an old BMW.
You're looking to do a swap that NO ONE has done. There's not going to be any how-to's or good answers, you're going to have to go it yourself on most of this.

I would use whatever stock-fitment fuel pump the BMW guys are using for their turbo cars. A pump that works for a 400hp BMW it should be fine in a 300hp rotary. You don't need parallel fuel rail plumbing, the stock arrangement should be fine at 300hp. I've always heard good things about Full Function Engineering fuel rails, I've been running their primary (top feed) fuel rail for 5+ years and it has worked well for me. I also like the look of the Radium Engineering setup with a regulator mounted directly on the secondary fuel rail, I think less fuel lines and fittings to leak is a good plan.
1050cc injectors from Injector Dynamics can work, but it will be easier to tune idle and light-load if you use something in the 550-800cc/min range for primary injectors. Especially if you're going to use an Apex'i PowerFC ECU, those are pretty limited in what they will do well. The primary and secondary injectors are providing fuel to the primary and secondary intake runners, which are different sizes and probably flow different amount of air. Mazda could have saved money if they had used the exact same injector for primary and secondary, but they chose to use higher-flowing secondary injectors in the higher-flowing secondary intake runners.
If your ECU supports a fuel pressure sensor, I would spend the money to get one. Fuel pressure problems are surprisingly common on modified cars, rotary or otherwise.

What Dale said, I was planning to buy parts that far exceeded what I needed for the level I wanted the car at until attempting a 3-rotor swap and he convinced me to do what works best in the short term. It came down to buying what works now for your goals and not worrying too much about future plans. Buying parts now for something that may not get done years from now could cause you to like the car less in the short term which means that part you spent extra on will be going to waste now, not to mention any advancements in technology that would make parts today less efficient and would want to be changed years in the future.
look.. i am dealing with a used engine taken out from an fd3s car which is i dont know when exactly the engine runs fine.
and installed it onto another car.
and the car will going to use dailly and you know for the sake reasons.. the people who wants rotary inside their hood are people with expecting how rotary are powerfull.
short terms.. they love the rotary.. if not.. why they put alot effort on installing one of them
They can simply go with m3 engine or ls swap or even JZ
So, i think sorry sir.. i will not agree with you.

but from your opinion and point of view as a guru in rx7..
what system i should run ? I probably will go paralel on both rails.. like i did with V8 engine
and make FPR as my Y joints before return to tank.
And i need a hint on injector size.

and seems to me that FullFunction has been answering my email recently with promise to suply everything i need
I will be using haltech elite 1500
I dont think i will have problem with 1050cc cos ID is suply the deadtime table for me to aply and i ve been tune 1600-2300cc injector on 4 cyl engine like evo.. it never be a problem on idle.
