So, no start, narrowed it down to where I can see that no fuel is coming out of primary injectors. Please help troubleshooting!!!! Thanks.

 

type of ecu? do an injector test on it

pull the connector out and make sure you're getting 12-14 volts

if not its in the wiring somewhere

 

I've taken a long set of wires and tested each injector from the ECU to the ground end of the harness. I touched the wires to a 9v battery to fire the injector.

Naturally the injector rail must be lifted above a catch cup to see if fuel is released. Also keep the 9v battery well away from the fuel.

Also check continuity of the wiring from injector to ECU and injector to ground.

 

I have PFC and stock ECU. I tested the injectors yesterday and they are not stuck. I will apply power and see if its firing under pressure of regulator.

 

Checked 4w, 4y, 4x, and 4z all are good.

 

I was able to fire up the primaries by direct 9vdc on it and it fired up after few tries. When I was installing the wires back, I was still on ACC and noticed that the resistor were clicking the injector. I think I lnow the culprit, but will take few days until the parts get here. Did anybody experienced this before? Thanks, Jack.
