HELP-Greddy profec type-S boost issue

I installed a profec type-s in my FD today using the below links as reference. I went with the version 2. So after installing the b/c and took it for a test drive with the unit off first, boost just keeps climbing and hit 15psi instantly. I let go the gas immediately . Then I turned the unit on to low boost to see if it makes a difference, nothing. Boost still climbs just like when the unit was off.

I've double checked the hoses coming in/out on the valving unit already and it all looks correct. NO=in / COM=out. Checked all hoses to make sure it was kinked up when I had it routed. Check to make sure everything was capped off correctly also. What could be wrong or what should I look for?

Bad solenoid maybe....first or second hand? Make sure the solenoid is getting power. Make sure the hoses are clear. Sorry im not much help. Is the vacuum hose connected to the control module? The solenoid as well as the controller need vacuum connections. Sorry I'm not more help. GL and ill keep an eye on this.

so i checked everything, even got a brand new second unit from a friend. Boost is still passing 15psi, which I had to let off the gas.

tried using version one from that one diagram - same result

check the stepping motor with a 12v - works

check all my lines - no kinks

I don't know what else to look for except for going back without a b/c and let the pfc control boost for me

You capped the actuators' "out" sides and corresponding hardlines to the stock solenoids, right?

post pics of what you did. perhaps you interpreted one of the pics incorrectly with regards to what you capped and didn't cap. it happens...
