Help with throttle body and full-range TPS

I spent a good portion of the day playing with my TPS and I can't get it set properly. If I take the sensor off, both narrow and full range look good at 0-5v so the sensor seems to function. On the car, the best I could manage after several hours was 1.25-4.98 on narrow and .6-3.65 on full-range. The max I seem to be able to get is just barely 4v at WOT on full-range, but that throws the idle readings way out. It almost seems like the throttle isn't opening all the way. I guess that's the next thing to check...

If I'm only getting 3.65v max does the ECU ever see WOT? Is this limiting fueling at WOT?

UPDATE: The throttle plates are only at about 45 degrees when the linkage is at WOT.

It seems to rev slow and it seems sluggish, but I have an FBO GT-R, so everything I drive now seems slow. My last FD had an aluminum flywheel so that might have something to do with it too.

OK, nevermind. I found the obstruction in the throttle linkage. I have full throttle now and the TPS readings are correct.
