the heater won't get hot

my heater doesn't seem to heat up. Is this a problem on a lot of sevens...? I've talked to a couple other people with sevens, and their heaters didn't get too hot either.

The top vents are designed not to not vent hot air - you need to place the vent selection on 'toes only'. Its some idea that hot air blowing on your face will make you drowsy hehe, as is the same on SAABs(?)

Is your thermostat working ok? That can causes the heater not to get warmed up.

I never could figure that out until I had my heater and AC on at the same time with the air going to the top vents and the foot vents. Hot air was blowing on my feet and cold air was blowing on my face.
