Brake and clutch same line?

Are the brake and clutch line the same line? If the brake has air in it does it affect the clutch? I just wanted to know because my clutch is not as stiff as before and I have a tiny leak where the 2 halves of the caliper meets. It SLOWLY leaks when I press on the brake hard, I think I might've tighten the screw too much.

The brakes and clutch share the same reservoir; that's it. Air in one won't affect the other.
