header wrap on stock exhaust manifold

has anyone ever used thermal wrap on their stock exhaust manifold? what were your experiences? anyone crack their manifold? did the elevated egt's cause your turbos to wear prematurely?

I think that you are better off getting it jet-coated. Thermal wrap is good but for a stock manifold it will not work. It does however work great for DP.
