having trouble installing efini Y pipe HELP
I read the write up on Rob Rinettes site, but he had already removed his airpump so everything was easier to get to. For those of you that still have an airpump and installed your Y pipe how did you do it. Did you have to take out the airpump? Or could you just move the turbo down a bit so you could slide the Y pipe out of the way. Oh and if you are going to move the turbo a bit what bolts need to be removed, how many?
Thanks,
Thanks,

OK I got the right side of the Y pipe out now I am just working on getting the left side out ( the one with the O ring ) how the heck do you get that out I can barely even move the Y pipe. Should I just keep yanking at the thing?

Sort of.. you need to at least loosen the nuts on the secondary turbo outlet pipe (on the rear side of the turbo), so you have enough clearance to move the assembly (y pipe & 2nd turbo outlet) up, and then just wiggle/pull it out. Honestly, the amount of time you'll spend not taking off the air pump you're going to waste fighting with things.. it only takes 5 minutes to pull & put it.
