Have a boost leak!!! help!!

Ok guys I took my air intake out and the box to clean the filter and the box out etc etc, I put it back together and went for a drive and now my boost pattern is fucked!!! I hear a wooshing sound when i step on the gas coming from the passenger side, now i didnt put on a stock clamp that went from the intake to the primary turbo the clamp that holds the hose to the box, because it was a bitch to put on and i couldnt get that fucken clamp over the hose!!!!!! errrrrr!! anyway could this be causing my boost leak? its looks visable that there is no way that the air can escape because the hose is tightly snugged in the air intake fitting. Anyway my boost is like this now if i moderatly give throttle i get 8 psi in second gear, and if i give full gas my boost goes to like 5 and then doesnt come back to 10!!!! and it goes to 0.It only does that when I am letting the car rip! lets put it this way when i need that 10 pounds of boost!! so what hoses should i check for here?

It is most likely your Y-Pipe. Check to see that your Y-Pipe isn't damaged or loose.

Sounds like a Y pipe leak, you might want to replace it with an Efini Y pipe. I used to have leaks from my Y pipe perty often, ever since I put on the Efini pipe I havent had one. If you find out it wasnt the y pipe, better start checking the vacum hose one could have came off.

it could just be the coupler between the y-pipe and the crossover pipe, just check if its on there tight or if there are any cracks in it.

to update my boost situation, when i give it full throttle now i get no boost at all!!!! goes to like 5 with steady throttle then once you floor it the boost shoots back to zero and wont come up!!! I hear a whooshing sound coming from the passenger side when i step on the gas its so loud that it drowns the blow of valve!!! that i have vented to the atmosphere. I am thinking of taking the upper manifold off to see if there are any vacuum hoses that popped off, now with the regard to this how hard is it to remove the manifold? is there any site or bases of information that can guide me to successfully remove it?

This isn't as big a deal as you think. It is supposed to be a closed system. All you have to do is plug the hole where ever it is. I would suggest that you spend a day taking everything thing off down to the turbos. Your bound to find the leak on your way. Make sure you buy some good couplers and T bolt clamps to put back on when reassembling. It shouldn't take you terribly long. Good luck

sounds like the piping going from the "Y" pipe to the IC is loose. Check ALL your turbine side IC piping...I'll bet it's in there somewhere...
