have all the boltons, making 360rwhp and......bored
hey guys looking for something new to install on the car. been a few yrs since i have spent money on the car and am looking for something new to do. right now i have m2 intake, full exhaust, supra pump, 1300cc injectors, power fc, light weight flywheel, koni yellows with eibach spring, stiffer front anti roll bar, hks twin power, short throw shift, and the m2 med ic.
i just ordered the banzai racing diff brace. i am also going to remove the airpump and install pulleys. is there anything else you guys can think of or anything you have done that was a good mod. i am wondering if anyone is selling anything that could keep my intake temps to 25C or soemthing. i have noticed the car is amazingly faster when cold out. anything outthere that can do this?
i plan to go single once the thing blows......gonna wait for that.

how are these things working? i always had a negative view on these...just thot spraying water into the engine was a bad idea. my car is pig slow on humid days. i know its not a perfect comparison but there is some similarity.

AI will serve as an anti-detonation device, so if you install it you might be waiting on that single for a long long time
Perhaps look into the 4.30 gearset from rx7.com, it really woke my FD up in the lower gears.

its not a great tune..conservative actually. i have posted all over this forum probably even sickens some people. enough of that.
i did some searching on ai. not in love with it. i guess if u are running big single and trying to extract max hp with pump gas it makes a ton of sense. but not on stock twins with a good sized ic. my 2c anyways.

how about a vmount to keep your intake temps down?
the idea is to mix it with alcohol to both increase your octane rating and lower your intake charge. If you tune for safety this mod really gives you peace of mind. Now if you tune for power you can extract similar number as if you were using race gas.

Seriously. If you are that bored with your car, you aren't using it right. You need to get it out some place you can use it for what it's designed for....

i have done track events and believe me i cant utilize the car to its full extent in its current form let alone more.

just to get an idea.. what is 75mph rpm-wise in 5th? I'd like to go with 4.3s but need to consider the street driving also.
