Has anyone tried Xcessive Engine Mounts

Still got it.

I have them. They're fitment is awesome.
Modification is required, if you're still running the aluminum arm, so I suggest updating to the steel arms on both sides.
It's nice because it is an omnidirectional mount (true isolated mount)
It also comes in 2 different durometers.

I opted for the harder mounts, but I'm also mounting a 20B, so I'm allowin for extra weight.
If you are worried about rough ride or road noise, these mounts are substantially better than a puck type mount (non isolated) which have a solid bolt runing through the puck, arm & subframe. This transfers harmonics into the chassis, vert noticeable during down shifts/ mechanical revving.
The Xcessive mounts are dramatically different in design, offering a free floating engine mounting solution (isolated) there is no connection from the arm to the subframe. The mount is a 2 piece design, the lower portion mounts to the subframe and the upper portion mounts to the arm. The 2 mount components are fastened by an isolated pin that is casted in eurethane within the upper mount.
It's a more sophisticated manufacturing process & product, but it is quality & more expensive.
I'd grab up homeboy's set for 100.00, before someone else does.
If you buy them from Xcessive, they come with a warranty.

<track>7, what is your reason for wanting to sell your Xcessive engine mounts? Have you installed them on the car?
I have Himni engine mounts (not Xcessive), for me they are streetable about 70-80% of the time. There is sometimes noticeable vibration / harmonics, especially between 1500-2000 RPM at certain loads. If you are careful with the clutch, it's sometimes possible to drive without causing vibration. Aside from that, the throttle response seems a bit better... it's not easy to describe but it's nice.

Solid mounting your engine isn't performance...
It's an affordable "solution" to sloppy/ soft/ worn mounts.
The performance is in the isolation.
Nothing will ever isolate better than the OEM mounts, because they are softer & offer more material to cushion harmonics, the drawback is engine movement.
IMHO, the Xcessive mounts are the best balance (if one seeks less engine migration & doesn't mind a slightly noisier engine mounting solution to OEM)

How do you say that performance is in isolating the engine movement (this is a given, and what I was referring to..), then go on to say that OEM offers the best isolation at the expense of engine movement... That makes no sense and sounds like you're just contradicting yourself (unless I'm completely misunderstanding what you mean to say, lol)...
It's a given that the softer your mount is the less noise/vibration will be transferred, but the more movement will be allowed. And the harder your mount, the more noise/vibration will be transferred, but less movement will occur.
If OEM is at one (softer) end of the spectrum, and solid mounts are at the opposite (harder) end of the spectrum, where would the Xcessive mounts sit?
The reason I ask is because I have damned near perfect condition OEM mounts off my car, I had Banzai mounts on my car (but the passenger side one is starting to go) and I am currently in the process of a(nother) rebuild. I'm trying to decide if I want to go with solid mounts, new poly mounts, or possibly these Xcessive mounts. Either way I'll be buying SOMETHING new, lol.
