Usually, difficulty starting a warm car points to poor compression. I'd start by getting a compression test done and then go from there.

Or bad coolant seals. Does the car consume coolant or make white smoke when it hard starts?

What all is on (or off) the car? Is it stock? A few things to check:

1. Starter - I've seen some of them cause problems once they heat up.

2. FPR Solenoid - It's used for hot starts

3. Ignition system - You could have something failing once it warms up

even if it's just been rebuilt you should get the compression checked. Thats the first thing you should check.

The FPR solenoid is used for hot starts by lowering the pressure in the rail, it could contribute to issues if there is another problem, but many people have removed this solenoid (including me) with no starting issues.
