Maybe it doesnt matter but figured I would post anyway, im running the Type R on my Supra TT w/18psi. I love the sound of it, kinda sounds like a ton of air rushing out, nothing else, im into the sleeper thing. Dont like the loud BOV's. If your into showing off and letting everyone know you have a turbo, this isnt the BOV for you.. It is loud under full acc. though. I wouldnt have it any other way, havnt heard anything better to date.

You have an adjustment bolt on the top of the thing. You basically loosen the nut on the top, and put an allen wrench in the bolt, and turn CCW to loosen the spring and make the setting softer. It should open around .5 kg/cm2.

Aftermarket Blow off valves are not for sound... No matter what blitz tells you.

The type R is the poop... It is flexible enough to be able to use with smaller boost levels and when you go to play with the big boys it will handle any psi you throw at it.

You have to be non sequential or single to use it properly though.
