greddy ic pipe kit question?

Ok so i just received my greddy 2 piece intercooler pipe kit but thats all I got.The throttle body elbow and the other pipe.No couplers like they show in the pictures.WTF?
Has anyone else had this problem? Do the pipes not come with couplers? Or did I just get screwed out of mine by greddy?

actually I got the kit from a reputable shop.I wont say who because it isnt their fault that greddy didnt include them.I called greddy and the rep there told me that the kit should have come with the couplers. So I called the shop back up and they said they will handle it.I trust them so im not really worried. One thing im considering is getting some hose techniques coulers in superblue to match my vacuum hose kit.Anyone know what size couplers I need?

that blows.you would think a company thats so well known would pay attention to stuff like that.I mean what if you buy a turbokit and they forget something important.more downtime for you.

cant say.I got the 2 piece pipe kit and its awesome craftsmanship but no damn couplers. So no im seriously pissed.I called rotary xecret up to see what was up with the couplers and they call greddy and one guy tell the company that the kit doesnt come with couplers.Which is bullshit since everyone here says the damn things do come with ******* couplers. So I call Greddy and talk to Ray.He says he thinks it does come with couplers but in order to make 100% percent sure I should talk to one of their technicians. So now I have to call back and get a hold of one of their technicians to see what the **** is really up.

so heres another update.I caleed both companies and I finally talked to a technician at Greddy.the guy tells me that the kit comes with the two pipes the two couplers and two hose clamps. So I called rotary xecret and talked to the manager. He apologized for the whole thing and wants me to ship the two pipes back.He said he would credit me the difference once he received the incomplete kit and that he will right everything.I hope all goes well.

what a crock of ****.where did you pick up your 2 piece pipe kit from? So finally they managed to find one coupler and the owner of the place talked to me and told me that the 2 piece only comes with one coupler. So im like ok so now i can connect the tewo pipes toghether but how do I connect it to the intercooler? He said you have to use the factory black pipe.Theres no way to hook that up.No way that I can see anyways.

my three piece had all the parts,...BUT the lower IC pipe was bent slightly wrong and it would contact the main pulley. I had to unbolt the IC and fab. some extension brackets for the bottom and slot the top bracket holes. For the $$ spent I was slightly displeased. But after all was said and done it looks really nice and is piece of mind. But it can be a hassle.

Yeah talk about a ******* hassle. All this just to get two friggin couplers that should have been there in the first place. If I can help it im going to stick with blitz products as much as possible.especially the front mount intercooler.

Well today I called rotary xecret and they found some couplers for me and sent them out today. So problem solved. Now all of this would have been avoided if greddy wasnt sloppy and hadnt forgotten the couplers in the first place.Thanx once again to rotary xecret for taking care of this problem.
