Greddy Elbow
Just got a Greddy elbow in from rx7store
just wondering if its normal for it not to be polished very well....meaning at some corners around the main flange going to the throttle body and around the "GReddy" as well as where the piping connection is, it is still rough like the inside of the pipe (which also suprised me)
mine also came for some reason with a flange welded onto it for a BOV.....oh well....
anyone know if all greddy bov flanges are the same??
I'll probably end up rewelding on the one for a TiAL bov anyways, but just wondering.

Found a deal for a BOV already welded to an elbow, so picked that up. Have not bothered to do anything to this second one.
So have mounted the TIAL BOV yet? Will it fit? Not too found of the noise the Greddy Type S makes. Call me boring, but I like a nice simple, quiet whoosh, or nothing at all.

I purchased a new GReddy elbow and I was pretty pissed off that it looks like ****, especially around "Greddy." As for it having a flange welded on, I'm pretty sure you ended up getting a used elbow. The Greddy elbow either comes with or without inj holdings.

We dont sell used elbows. We do sell them new with the flange welded to the BOV, but that is only if the customer specifys they want that. We might have sent the wrong one by accident. I will check.

Mine looks bad around the GReddy raised lettering on the elbow, but the rest of the elbow looks pretty good. Not as good as my TTT polished UIM and TB, but still better than my Cusco Strut Tower Bar!
