Greddy compression tube replica on ebay

hi, guys, i was browsing ebay this morning and i ran into a few posting for "Mazda FD3S compression tube" and the prices are in the $60-80 range. it's cast alluminum, polished tube looks just like the greddy one, i wonder if anyone here have purchased one or know the difference btw the real greddy one and the replica, because i m think of buying a spare one for additional injectors. thanls for any input.

here is one of the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mazda...Q5fAccessories

Well the only thing I can think of that would be different is the fitment ie the holes dont line up its too short what have you. Also the material might not be as thick but that shouldn't be too much of a problem. The extra 40 bucks for a new one might save you some fab work if the fitment is in fact off.

have it, it works, not as pretty as Greddy, castings a little rough but you can clean it up on your own like i did, worth the price cut.

Says its guarenteed to fit and he has 99.6% feedback, so I would go ahead. Just clean up inside a little bit and you should be good to go!

Most of the Greddy elbows I've seen, including mine, have imperfections too. And since I doubt Greddy has a foundry out back, I'd bet they have them cast somewhere in China by the same outfit making these.
