got the car back today...PIC

more to come...but here's the car as of now

the bumper & fenders are carbon fiber too.....

its great, except for the fact that the 99spec signals i bought from procarparts.com MELTED from the turn signal bulb after 15 mins of driving.

i called up procarparts.com to tell them about the problem. they said that there was nothing they would do about it since they claim "all returns must be within 7 days" and i bought these lights 3 months ago... they were just installed a few days ago, and the car has only been driven about 30 mins so far, yet the lights are melted...

DONT BUY PRO CAR PARTS CRAP!!!!

(by the way, I paid over $200 for them. yes i know thats much cheaper than real ones... guess you get what you pay for)

I like it. Honestly, i liked it better when it was stock, but it still looks great. That sucks about the turn signals. Are you gonna end up buying the OEM lights, or from somewhere else? Anyways, it looks great, good job.

Oh and paint that hood.

I kind of like the hood black with the silver. Looks good with the black sunroof. I would top it off with a carbon fiber spoiler to complete the look.

The entire fenders are carbon fiber, he probably just left the vents unpainted.

sounds like some wiring got switched up...isn't there some connection you have to buy so the 93-95 harness can control these lights??

i thought about that...but it did said in the ebay auction:

THIS SET OF SIGNAL LIGHTS FEATURE COMPLETE HOUSINGS,WITH BULBS AND WIRE HARNESSES PRE-INSTALLED--SIMPLE DIRECT BOLT-IN INSTALLATION
the harnesses they came with hooked right up no problem. i think something might have been wrong with the bulbs they included...they melted right through the orange part of the light.

yeah i guess ill just have to order some real ones now.... oh well

Very nice and clean! I love that scoot hood but I would only get it if it didn't look like a beetle on the top.

Car looks very good.
It realy blows about the signal lights though,
If the they aren't burnt alot, you might consider using LED bulbs to prevent from future burning since you stuck with them.

Shame on PCP...
