Good deal? - Engine, tranny, modded

I was at an event this weekend and was offered a this setup for $3500. It seems like a good deal to us, but wanted to get more people's opinions.

Deal or no deal?

-13b Engine w/peripherals
-Turbo 60-1 Turbonetics
-Power FC D-Jethro MAF
-ACT Six Puck clutch
-Injectors
-Polished intake
-FMIC and piping
-Full exhaust
-External wastegate
-MSD ignition Box
-Transmission
-Driveshaft
-hoses, lines, etc
-Big radiator (possibly)
-Needs new seals
-and anything else the guy doesn't need for his LS1 swap
~ 400 HP
Oh yeah, and a free knockoff racing seat for free if we buy the setup

This is going into an absolutely bare shell btw, what do you guys think?

Not bad if you know what you're doing. Or else you'll end up with paying more for labors etc.. How come he doesn't know how many miles his engine has?

He should know the milage, I just never asked him. I was a bit pushed for time since I was in charge of filming the drift event we were at, so I managed to get the cost and what all came with it. Hopefully I will get some more info today.

Essentially it is a deal, but not a great one?

pfc with a 3 bar sensor? anyway. its a pretty good deal if this thing has somewhat moderate to low mileage and a great deal if you can do the labor yourself.

Honestly I have no clue about the last part, it is just what he told us and we wrote down. All I know is it is the ECU.
