What else could cause this??

Any help would be appreciated!

Symptoms:
-oil in the air bypass valve and in the air box from this pipe.
-thick smoke on startup, which clears after 20s (thick smoke, not the normal whisp)
-oil accumulated in the base of the intercooler and the compressed air pipework

I had the turbos pulled and reconditioned. But I am still getting the same symptoms as listed above (had them before the tubs were pulled to).

Basically, the re-conditioners are saying the turbos are OK, the oil seals are fine. So what else would cause excessive oil to be leaking through the oil seals??

Had a compression test - exactly the same on all 6 faces (7 bar).
Had a vacuum test - it is pulling a steady 17inches Hg.
No oil rising in the oil filler neck.
Had a catch tank fitted anyway - it is bone dry.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE TO LOOK AT?

Can the oil system over pressurise and push oil past the turbo oil seals - if so, what can cause this?

Thanks!
