Good buy?

Hello RX-7 drivers. I have always been interested in the RX-7 but never had the chance to own one or even drive one. But I might have a chance now, because there is a for sale ad by a private seller for an 1993 RX-7, manual trans, with about 30 something thousand miles on it. It almost looks to good to be true. But please tell me what you guys think.

Thanks ahead of time.

O yea, in addition to my last post the ad also says that the car is completely stock with original motor and the seller is the third owner of the car. Once again thanks ahead of time.
