Since I didn't read nowhere how to do it, I kinda had few minutes of hard time figuring out how to hold the little brushes in to insert the rotor shaft back.
There's a tiny hole on the back of the alt. to insert a long thin needle and hold the brushes in. Had to figure that out on my own...

Looking at it I couldn't figure out what they thought was so hard. I'm pulling mine soon and getting the housing chromed. I did my fair share of polishing and I know it makes you blow black boogers for months. Terrible for you lungs.

All right ladies, here are some more pics for your entertainment.
OK, the project has been going pretty smooth, a busted trailing coil and a broken water thermosensor has been replaced, thanks to Fritz Flynn for supplying me with good used parts.
This is how the T1 plug looked from the bad coil.
While I waited for some parts I decided to retape the main wiring harness and hit the motor with some high temp. (800*) cast paint., the final prep and clean up before installing the turbo.
A new baby about to be born, on the way to hospital
Okay, in the mean time, since it was raining alot here I couldn't do much work on my car I figured I can sand down and paint the front bumper, since it looked like ****.

Also the injectors came back from RC Eng. I don't remember where the heck I left the results sheet, but I'll scan it once I find it.
2 of the inj. were leaking, one primary and one secondary, the other 2 were prety bad to, money well spend cleanning them.
The pulleys came back today from John aka Nappy94 a fellow forum member from LI, NY who did an outstandind job powder coating them, I higly recomend him...
Se for yourself.
While installing the turbo and the oil feed line, I broke the restrictor fitting that goes between the flex line and the turbo itself.
As some of you might know, this damn piece is hard to find so at first I decided to make my own susbstitutory piece which came out pretty good and fit just as fine, but, I wasn't to happy with the way it looked so I decided to fix the broken one , which came out just as good as new.

Also, in the mean time the walbro fuel pump installation got done which was a breeze, but the damn fuel filter was completely impossible to remove, the brackets got so rusted and the bolts didn't wana let go.
I fought about an 1.5h, and I gave up, I was gonne relocate it on the engine bay area but I didn't feel like adding **** in that naighborhood, so I still relocated it, this time, right by the rear sway bar, super easy acces for future replacements.
I cut the fuel line about 20-25" shorter to accomodate the install in the new spot.
The pic doesn't show much but it gives you an idea where is relocated.

Looks good man. Can't wait to see it all together and see some numbers on your setup. I'm debating on the RX-6 after my crappy twins go. A friend of mine has the RX-6 on his car and he has massive lag, but he also has a massive street port that probably contributes as well. I love the quickness of sequential, but the headache is another story.

RX6 has been on my list for a long time and finaly I got it, will see how that bad boy performs.
