Question Gauges: What should be being monitored

I am going to be purchasing the Defi System and wanted to know what i should be monitoring?

I was thinking about doing:

Boost
Oil Temp
Water Temp

Along with there remote display option to place it in easy veiw while on the track.

Should i be concerned with EGT's? Can the gauges even read that High .

What about Oil Pressure?

Just don't want to waist money, I want to monitor things that should be monitored, not things that look cool. Also i will be running the Apexi Power FC, so i will be able to look things up via the commander, correct?

I would dump the oil temp. If you have a water temp guage that should be fine. I would either go for EGT, A/F, fuel pressure or something else.
