Full Non Sequntial Should I Go For It?>
hey guy,
im about to do a non sequntial for my car but i dont know is it worth it? i only have a intake, cat back,koyo rad,dp, and a stock euc, if i do the non sequntial i will get a mbc
what do i get out of a non sequntial turbos? more power? less lag? is it good for the car?

A word of advice: DON'T DO IT!
I did lots of mods to my car and I don't regret none of them exept for the non-seq conversion.
The non-seq. setup is only good for track or dragg use, you get more boost at high rpm's and it keeps it hard to redline, you loose the fun of street driving and quick spool-up.
If I could go back to seq. I'd do it without thinking twice but I eliminated everything so I'm screwed.

it really all depends on what you are looking for. If you are asking b/w full non-seq and poor man's, I say full all the way, but maybe try poor man's first so you get the idea of how it feels.

Your line of questioning seems to imply that you haven't done enough research. Read the thousands of threads on the topic and you will get a very good idea of all the pro's and con's.

I'm a CF and poop smith
just do the temp/poor man's one. its damn near the same thing and is reversible. it takes about 30 mins to do if you have all the little caps and stuff and is totally reversible. what are you using your car for BTW?

i tried non-seq and liked it for a day or two, then the novelty quickly diminished as i realized sequential was much more pleasing for daily driving. so i switched back. i would only recommend non-seq for people who cant remedy their boost issues. so to answer your question, "no."

it strongly depends if your motor is ported or not. if the exhaust side is ported you will prob. enjoy it! if not you can look foward to slower boosting (like someone else already said)
i have heard a few people say they strongly prefer the non seq., but all those peope run ported motors.

good point....i got a large street port and run non seq...the exhaust ports spool the turbos within inches of thier life......
