Is the full non-seq quiter

I recently convereted my car to non sequential, i wired the flapper in the manifold and second turbo open and removed the door in the y-pipe. I have read that removing the door on the exhaust manifold makes the car quiter.

Is this really true and if so how much quiter.
Hou much faster is the spool up?

I will be porting my wastegate so i wan to know if it is worth it to remove the door on the manifold. I might want to leave the door intact so that i can convert back to sequential if i ever want to. I have a down pipe, high flow cat(its the size of a metalic cat) and pfs cat back. I dont mind the noise except on the freeway cruising near the speed limit. It get pretty bad on the freeway. It was so much quiter with one turbo on the freeway. By the way i have read all the non sequential post so dont tell me to do a search.

No. I have full exhaust and mine screams like a banshee when I hit boost. W/O the exhaust, it would sound just like a stock car, but slightly louder Id think.

I am not wiring the wastegate open. I just did the poor mans non sequential. I read in an old post by dontbeariki that by removing the flapper in the manifold makes the car a little quiter. I just want to know if this is true. And how much faster is the spool up with the flapper removed.

Let me rephrase it again is the full no sequential a little quiter than the poor mans non sequential. And is there any significant quicker spool up with the full non seq.

If anything, full non-sequential would be louder than the poor man's, but it would be a minute difference I think. Any non-sequential is much, much louder than sequential .
