Lightbulb Fuel pump is down

My fuel pump is not running. I'm showing zero pressure. The 20a fuse under dash is ok. I removed the plastic cover off the fuel pump relay and it is not energizing. Even manually engaging the relay does not work. I can't fing my voltmeter but I assume the relay is not getting power. Is this an ignition switch issue, or where would I look?

No, not the same problem. I ran a jumper to the power lead at the tank and the pump runs. Its something that supplies power to the relay. I'm guessing it's the ignition switch. I will be putting a switch in to run pump by itself, today.

You wouldn't have to guess if you down load the FSM and Electrical diagrams from the sticky at the top of the forum.

If I was a whiz at electrical diagrams, you would be correct. I did look at them but thats not my area of expertise. Thats why I asked for help

By manually, I mean I pulled the plastic cover of of the relay where the coil was visible and squeezed the contacts together. There is no power to the relay whatsoever.
