Fuel Cut eliminator

I have a 3 inch straight piped exhaust on my fd and was wondering if any one else had problems with boost spikes at the top of your gears that cause fuel cut to activate. Are there any fuel cut eliminators avail. for the fd and is it a nessicary mod?

Either don't drive your car hard or go out and put your stock cat back in before you blow the motor.

Start researching. You can start with the issues of "boost creep", "boost on stock ecu", "boost on stock fuel system", etc.

Would it be possable to controll the problem with a boost controller and if so which ones are better to use with the stock twin setup?

On fuel cut, read this thread:
https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/fuel-cut-291518/

On why a boost controller doesn't always solve ALL overboosting problems, read here:

So if I understand the second thred correctly I could very possibly be allowing too much exhaust to flow through the stock twins? I have seen on rx7.com they offer an adapter for the MAP sensor that allows the computer to see up to 3 BAR. Would this be an acceptable fix?

It doesn't matter what the computer can see (and you can't use a 3 BAR sensor with the stock ECU anyway), it matters what the computer is "programmed" for.... The stock computer is programmed for stock boost levels/performance.

Do what I said earlier. Put a stock cat back on until you learn what you are doing. Otherwise, you'll quickly be learning either how to rebuild an engine or how much it costs to have someone else do it.
