Fuel Coming from Charcoal Canister Hardline

I was just hooking up my fuel lines and a bunch of fuel started coming from the charcoal canister hardline as you can see.

I'm pretty sure I connected the lines correctly but for reference, I have the line closest to the engine as the fuel feed, the middle the charcoal canister line, and the one farthest from the engine as the fuel return line.

In the pic, the arrow is pointed at where I got some fuel leakage from. It has since stopped but I just wanted to confirm. I thought that it was only supposed to be fumes coming from there.

Looks right but its possible you may have a line mixed up down below or at the tank. Pop off the lines and hold them into a empty cup or bottle and have someone key on and see which one shoots fuel.

I haven't the dash in yet so I can't just simply turn the key on, I could jumper the pump to see if I have it right though

Does not look right at all. Pretty simple to see by the clamp sizes that the fuel lines are connected to the incorrect lines.

Front hose with yellow dot and small clamp should be connected to the middle/top metal line

Two hoses with larger clamps are the fuel supply and return, which are the front and rear bottom metal lines

Front is supply, rear is return, top is charcoal canister.

Please use the reference as closest to the engine, middle and farthest from engine.

it's kind of confusing how you explained it

I was on my phone at gym so the pic was not coming up and I misunderstood your explanation. Really need to tell the owner to fix his wifi I'm home now and see it. Banzai is right. The hose with the yellow dot is slightly thinner walled and has a smaller clamp. That is the vent. That goes to the middle pipe on the engine which is the vent. If you stand at the driver's fender looking into the engine bay The feed should be on the left, vent in the middle, and return on the right. Easy way to remember it is Feed Front Return Rear.

Front is front, does not get any more simple then that.

Open the factory service manual, it is your friend.

when I was explaining to use closest to the engine, middle and farthest from the engine, I meant in reference to the lines that come up into the engine bay, those 3. It is difficult to see in my pic as to which one is which since they're all criss crossed.

I know which hard lines are which...just matching them up to the lines that come up to the engine bay are the ones I don't know which is which.

And using the FSM is really small and kind of difficult to see even when zoomed in.
