Front head lights

Hello,

I will soon own a JDM FD, but because I live in Europe I had to change the front lights. The head light at Mazda shop are expensive (1200$ for pair). So I meant to buy them from manufacturer. But here is the problem now. I dont know who makes them for mazda, is it Sanley, Hella or somebody else.

If you guys know who was the manufacturer for original Mazda FD lights... for Europe.... I think that the manufacturer is stamped on the lights.

Thanks!

Why don't you put up a wanted post for a set of used ones? When/if you do put up the post, make sure you don't mix up the title by asking for REAR headlights instead of FRONTS

The hiace/celica lights from -92 should fit without too much modifications and are E approved.

Thaks for the advice!

But first I can not buy used one from America, because I need for Europe and we have different regulation. Second, here in Europe, there are only few FDs, so there arent so many spare parts to get....

The Celica ones my fit but I think that they are not the right dimensions (too high)... what about the FC ones?

The celica/hiace ones are fitted into 2 Finnish fd's and supposedly work just fine. They did some small adjustment to the plastic and some metalfittings. Both passed MOT without problems.

Thanks goos! What do you exactly mean with celica/hiace, celica, hiace or both of them.... Where I live we only have Celica.

Hi,

At the end I decided to go with OEM head lights, so I ordered it from Mazda. So I dont know how to fit Celicas lights. I thing that they are to tall and that they will look ridiculous.

Sorry for that, but I can not help you.
