Front end duct work

I have the older Knight Sports 4 fog light front end, and i want to use 2 of the holes for ducting for radiator or intercooler. What materials can i use, seen as how there is a 90 degree bend in where it needs to go. Right now im using water drainage tubing, but i want to go with something a little more slick, looks better, last longer, etc. Any ideas??

Thanks, Matt

Your only real problem is there isn't much room to duct through the framerail.. There's a little spot behind the headlight if you remove the coolant overflow, but not much..

I can fit the drainage tube in there, wanted something like carbon fiber, or fiberglass made. The tubing i have is great and fits well, just want something better...
