PROBLEM SOLVED:

It was the driver side Wire Harness that runs (should run) between the Inner Fender Liner and the body. My FD doesn't have the front portion of the liner, so the Harness is/was exposed. The harnes clips had broken off so it became real easy for the Tire to rub the harness as it was hanging lower than it should.

There were at least 6 wires that were exposed. 3 were contacting each other because the wire insulation had rubbed off. One wire was actually cut/severed.

I seperated each damaged wire from the rest and taped them indivdually real good and then taped the entire Harness into one snake, as it belongs. I placed automotive plastic ties and secured the Harness to the body, away from any possible tire contact. Put the Tire back on,..Connected the Battery,...Turned the Car on ( IT TURNED ON!) and let it idle to proper temp. Took her out for a spin. The Engine reved great and ran pretty good ,...but did notice that boost was not up to par. Couldn't get her past 5lbs . So I'll have to check that out as soon as I get a chance.

Good news is that the Car turned on and ran well enough to rule-out a Blown Engine!!

I plan to replace the Plugs AND BUY A FIRE EXTINGUISHER this week.!!!

Now on to the Boost problem.
