Well here's the story... when I am driving below 4000 rpm, my primary boost kicks in at 10,12,14 whatever I set it at.... then when it goes above 4000 rpm it drops to 5-7 and flutters around there unitl i shift... then sometimes I get full boost on second turbo, but mostly not. Only in 5th gear do i get full boost on primary and both. Its very spurattic... but only 20% of the time does the car run at full boost on both turbos. I had just recently pulled alot of stuff off my motor to clean, so I beleive its a bad or sticky solinoid or vacume leak.. but just wanted to get some of your suggestions.
