Floor Mats

First, I'M NOT TRYING TO START A GROUP BUY! I was trying to find out about getting floor mats that look like the factory ones. I have the factory mats and would like to replace them. I found the last thread using the search engine and e-mailed Anne to find out about getting a set. She e-mailed me back and wanted me to post her new address which is sales@customfitautoaccessories.com My question is does anyone have a pic of her mats they can post or send me. I'm trying to figure out if I want the heel pad.

Need Some Pics

I know there has got to be some people out there that have brought the mats from her. If you have these mats. Can you take a pic of them or tell me what the difference is between stock and aftermarket. Do they have the mount hole and does she do the lettering just like the factory ones.

IMHO, the heelpad is a little much. They're pretty huge and dont look all that great. They do come with the little latch/mount hole but on my car the hole couldn't quite reach the little hook. Guess it was sewed into the wrong place. The mats are like a really heavy berber type carpet though so even without them hooked on they do not slide/move around at all. Overall I love them.

I was definitely happy with mine. The hole was in the right spot on my mat. Fit was great and there is little spikes on the reverse side of the mat to keep it from sliding.

I wonder if she woud reproduce some Spirit R mats. I'm sure some people on this forum would buy them.

Never heard the term before, but I instantly knew what you meant

But back to the subject, does this company have a website or is it just email?

Not sure, but I assume they were only sold overseas with the Spirit R model, since the driver's mat is reversed from ours....to RHD.

I just ordered a pair for 95 including shipping. Their web site is www.customfitautoaccessories.com, but from the looks of it they don't have it configured for ordering online yet. I just sent money via paypal

That was amazing!

I also agree that the heelpads on the mats are a bit heavy duty. The mats are berber, so they should wear pretty well. I've known good berber to go for years and years in a daily driver without looking very worn in the heel area.

New Price On Mats

Everyone, I have ordered my mats and I told Anne that I would post the new price of the mats. She informed me that they were just notified of a price increase by the plant, effective Feb 1. The new price for the mats will be $82.00. So, the new total for the mats will be $95.00, delivered. If anyone wants to order the mats here is her address: delfrink@mchsi.com

Urgent!! Breakthrough In Science!!

Do you own a 1993 Mazda RX-7?

Is your center console peeling?

No luck on finding a replacement?

New form of "soft coating" for use on the '93 center console!

I really dont like the ripple look in these floormats. Good job on the lettering though.

DMoney, if you see it in person, it looks freakin sick. But that's the berber mat, as Corusco pointed out. Anne also carries the regular thin mats, and they aren't rippled like shown above. But when BlueRex and I were putting the Group Buy together, the majority wanted heavy duty mats (ie berber), so that's what we went with.

Let's be honest Ramy, we didn't care what majority rule wanted. You and I wanted berber mats .
