Flooding, Help, Maybe somthing i have touched?

Help, After flooding the FD last weekend, i went through the procedure + some new plugs, put everything back together, fingers crossed, it fired up straight away, then after about 5 minutes on idle it started to flood again, tried blipping the throttle and it was still the same, then it semed to loose two plugs?? let the throttle off and it died, left it 5 minutes tried to start it back up which it did just but it was srill the same, Any ideas? Does it sound like a ignition problem? new to Fd's so any pointers really appreciated.

Dont know if it will help, when it started to play up might give a clue? i took the elbow off the other week to measure up some hoses, cleaned the plug wires and that was about it, everything back togther and it seemed to idle bad from cold, but after about 5 mins it was ok, it just seems like somthing i have disturbed? but the elbows now been off about 3 times to get at the plugs ect and i have tried to check every thing poss that i might have touched.

Hope the above makes some sense, Totaly STRESSED!!!!!:-(
