Going to do this quick.

Basically, replaced FPD, broke 2-3 solenoids. Wasn't getting 2ndary boost so went ahead and replaced the broken solenoids that I tried to fix with new ones. 2ndary boost came back and everything was great. Then lately every now and then my primary turbo is doing the same thing my 2ndary did. Barelly any boost (1-2psi). It doesn't happen a lot, but it happens. Could it be solenoids again?

 

I would check the Charge Control solenoid.
