Fire in exhaust/downpipe

My new rebuilt engine has recently been started up, It has a large streetport and full non seq and runbs on the base PFC map.

I disabled non seq and lambda function in the PFC.

I had some problems fixing up idle but now it's OK.

today I wanted to have the PFC run the idle learning procedure but half way the electrical load procedure I noticed smoke in the cockpit.

I went to see the exhaust and it was constantly flaming red and blue flames.

(OEM downpipe with precat is still on for testing the engine? just for the time being)

I also notice that on every cold start, the engine is flooded so I'm guessing that the injectors are leaking. Flooding the enigne when the car is stored and leaking to much fuel when running.

Any other options are more than welcome.

I'll take out the injectors and clean or replace them. Maybe it helps.

Thx
Neal

if your injectors are leaking it's probably got excess fuel going into the exhaust pipes and burning there which is why you have the flames. Do you have a wideband o2 sensor installed that you can monitor?

I'm going to discontect the secondary injectors for now (just have it running on idle) to check what difference it gives.
in the meantime I'm preparing another fuel rail i have as a spare to swap it out.
