Nice body it man....looks really sleek. I have 2 questions for you. Who makes that rear diffuser? (Abflug?) and, Is that FEED door handle kit just an overlay, or is it a functional door handle?

Talking

Hedgehog, one of the nicest RX7s out there. Nice to see Canada being represented. Where did you source the kit? The rear diffuser?

thx ppl!

WRT front plate thing ("What, don't you like my buck teeth?" ), we have to have it cuz our traffic ***** are quite the vigilante. They've been on a vengeance w/ the rice crowd and are ticketing them for being two low and bent license plates. I'd rather not draw on their unwarranted wrath. BTW, the kit comes w/ a bracket - like a piece of 90 deg. extruded steel - so removing it at places is not hard.

Ok....all parts are sourced from Corksport because of unit shipment from Japan for R-Magic and RE Amemiya parts. RX7excret can get them too but not as cheap. Jason can supply the GT-C stuff at the same price but not the R-Magic/Amemiya stuff.

The rear diffuser is the old style one from RE-Amemiya and is not part of the kit. In fact, the kit is a hybrid of GT-C front/wing, R-Magic skirts and Amemiya diffuser. The new style diffuser (Diffuser Pro) looks sweet and I would've purchased them instead as it fills out the flanks more.

Yes. it wraps underneath the tank like a giant shovel. It actually may be a design flaw as there aren't sufficiently (or any) drainage for water and dirt.

As Neo sez it's an OEM mazda part (outer door handle shell w/ lever spring mechanism) painted by FEED to emulate CF. It really doesn't look like CF...more like someone sprayed silver paint over a wire mesh onto it....but it's nice looking nonetheless, IMHO.

Replacement was not long but PITA as the rods and wires have short extension for you to work with. Try not to scratch the paint and remove the spring/lever. Unscrew the clamps and swap. Replace in reverse order and re-attach door rods. Voila...10-15 mins per side.

Actually, come to think of it, it's not a bad option as a true CF unit may be too brittle for daily usage.

haha...well, 2 gerbils and a ball-bearing treadmill. I've got Mugen stickers AND TRD stickers so I should do 9sec 1/4's. When I get my Nismo stickers, 8 secs should be a reality.

Seriously though, it's not that modded. I run autox and classification rules makes modding quite difficult. However, i do have CWC intake, IC, sway mounts and dual oil coolers. A'PEXi PFC, SR ulti-rad, Samco silicone rad hoses, GReddy elbow, Unorthodox Racing pulley set, B&M NewVolt, RX7 Fashion intake hard pipes & dp, mp, A'PEXi GT spec catback, Unobtanium bushings (f/r/diff), Koni sports, GC coilover w/ Eibach, M2 trailing arms/toe-links, ACPT carbon fiber driveshaft, ACT 6-puck race clutch, SR 9.5# f/w, MazdaSpeed shifter and prolly some stuff I've forgotten. It's not a super quick drag car but does well @ autox.

RichieRich (forum member) is our resident FD speed demon. I need to wash dishes to get him more platters to hand my *** to me on. Now he's getting an A'PEXi RX-6....I give up.
