Finally got my 7!!

'93 base
53,000 miles on the body and currently 81.6 on the engine.
Ported, ACT clutch and pressure plate, lightweight flywheel, Blitz blow off valve, downpipe, HKS hyper cat back, boost gauge, and an Apex'i twin intake system. Soooooo nice.

The part that sucks is I already got a speeding ticket in it (35 in a 20 on NCSU campus). I should be able to get it dropped because the speedometer is way off from the huge tires on it.

If it weren't for the holes I would leave it debadged, I think it looks fine like that. Should I get the old Mazda logo, the Efini or the Flying Bird M?

Even the biggest of rims would only throw the speedometer off like 4mph or so.

I've tried that excuse before...didn't work

Not 81.6k, 81.6 total miles. The chassis had no engine in it when I bought it (the engine had been transplanted to an R1 but the R1 ended up slower with the same engine) so I had Jerry at Clean and Fast in NC build an engine for me.

I know my speedo is off by more than 4 mph, I was driving behind some cars in a 55 (and I know they weren't driving faster than 65) and my speedo said 80. I don't really know what the problem is.

The track has been pretty much put on hold beucase of the way the market is. Jerry hasn't made enough money this year to drop money into a track.

I don't know, I'll have to take a better look at them the next time I'm in them.

Total mileage and the trip is the amount of miles on the engine.

You're missing the center caps for the wheels, and all the badging. What a good excuse to get Efini emblems!

The car is very nice looking though. East Bear lights?

$18k for it.

The tach is kinda weird right now. When the car is cold it moves really slow and doesn't read right but after a while it works fine, so that might be why it's reading something when the car isn't warm.

I don't really see any "huge" tires on your car. Looks like stockers to me.

Yeah the car is off in those pics. The oil pressure gauge has been fixed. I want to fix the tach but don't really want to get a new gauge cluster because I want to keep the total miles on the cars.
