Final Dyno Session

I'm posting this for a friend. He'll join and answer any questions....

~~~~~~~
Here are the results of my latest dyno session. I have a dyno sheet from a previous session when the turbos were being run sequentially. The only difference between the sheets is that I had fixed a boost leak and changed my cat-back. Unlike some of the dynosheets that I've seen posted before, these are the real-deal, no secret-sauce, just SAE numbers. I'm having a friend post the dynosheets, and I'll update the thread with my list of mods thereafter. Cheers!
~~~~~~~

These are stock turbos being run nonsequentially. 357rwhp, 315rwtq:

what do you guys mean how did he keep the hp for the entire powerband? at 7500 it says 250rwhp

what is considered powerband? looks like it held max hp from 4500-5500 and then dropped off

oops got it now

do you guys think that non seq or seq can make the highest hp numbers with the stock twins?
seems to me that they are very close it all depends on the car.

well i am more impressed with the flatness of the curve and the torque number.

If this is a ported motor running 15psi then that rwhp is avgerage i would say.

I am looking at the power curve...if it's running seq, shouldn't there be a significant dip in the curve around 4500rmp?...then by stock seq standards shouldn't the torq and power intersect somewhere between 5000 & 5500 rmp?

HP and torque always cross at 5252rpm. Its hard to tell on this graph since the hp and tq scales are different but they do meet at 5252.

I'm going to guess ported motor with straight exhaust...bolt-ons and maybe, just maybe the stock fuel...MAXED OUT if it is.

Sorry to keep you guys hanging.I just
had returned from a track event at VIR
with NASA last nite.I'll try to answer
everyone's questions, starting with a
list of my mods-
The motor was built by me some 17k miles ago.Everything from the turbos
to the side-housings are port matched.
The ports leading into the chambers
were opened up and polished.I couldn't
get anybody to tell me anything about
porting the side-housing or the exhuast
port on the rotorhousing, so I just
cleaned them up a bit.I cut the hot
side of the rotorhousings with a
dremel to give more surface area for
the coolant to reach, and deleted
the thermal pill in the end of the
eccentric shaft.
The stock turbos have the waste-gate
ported, and I removed metal above the
flapper so it could open wider. I had
the turbos off several times before
the clowns rebuilding them got them
right.
the rest--
1300 secondary injectors
supra fuel pump
crane ignition box
Profect B controller
Apex GT intercooler
Apex GT catback
Pettit resonated midpipe
Apex intake custom modified
Fluidyne radiator
Racing Beat flywheel 11.5lb
mazdaspeed short-throw shifter
Inifinity Y-pipe
Greddy ic piping
HKS racing by-pass valve
magnacor 10mm wires
NGK 9's X 4
Apex PFC SR Motorsports
Genesis battery-relocated in passenger
storage compartment, with twin lead
wires and breaker
Gab super R shocks
Ground Control coil-overs,
corner balanced, within 5lbs diagonal
yes 2650lbs with a half tank of gas,
and 2800lbs half tank and myself
Yokohama O32's
custom brake ducts
Porterfield pads- R4E's and street
Mazdaspeed rear wing and 99 chin spoiler
Scoot CF hood, history as of 8/2
could withstand armco!
Autometer water temp gauge
Autometer fuelpressure
Greddy Boost
Autometer A/F
If it didn't make it go faster or handle better, it was removed
Tuned on wideband at Turbotune by
me, simply by the PIM voltage, RPM
settings.A/F's 11.5 pump gas 93
If I missed answering anybody question, please ask again.I'm old,
and tired as it was a long weekend.
Cheers!
