Few questions about non sequential

Ok after reading the dont be a rikki thread for the last 4 hours I still have a few questions.

1.Do you need to tie any of the flappers in the "Y" pipe open?
2.Do you need to remove any of the flappers in the "Y" pipe.
3.The prespool controller under the wastegate, does it need to be tied open?

Next set of questions regaurding the double throttle control.

1.Do you remove the upper butterflies?
2.Do you have to remove them to do the poor mans conversion?

To answer a few questions you might ask me.

I only have the home depot boost controller mod. Nothing else has been done to the car yet. The reason I want to try this is I'm buying a single turbo kit, down pipe, mid pipe, IC, Cold intake and new exhaust set up. I'm having major issues with my twins and wont have my new toys for another 2 months and would like to be able to drive my car with out boost problems. Thanks for your help in advance.

Mike,

No flappers are removed when doing the poor mans way. The only thing you have to remove/disconnect if you want is the TCA. I just pulled the entire unit and wired the door open with a coat hanger. I've now done the full non-seq and it is noticeably better than the poor mans. But... the poormans is also reversable which is nice. It is honestly an easy operation as long as you follow the diagrams / info provided. If you ever have questions feel free to pm me.
