A few new pics...

I havent taken any pics since I rebuilt the car over the past 5 months so I did a quick rinse this evening and took some. The pics are on the top of the page and the bottom.

Just thought I'd share for those who have theirs apart and feel like they are never going to get it back together again...I was there 2 months ago. Keep working at it!!

That car has come a long way, you must be very pleased with the result. Good to see owners getting their hands dirty.

Everything is great looking. My compliments you did a great job. I especially like your fron bumper. Mind if I ask you which one is it?

Thanks everyone. I've actually started on another project in my garage - my friends rebuild and single conversion. He had a apex seal collapse on the front rotor at VIR in Dec and decided to take the opportunity to make the conversion.

My nose is a apexi knockoff I think - I picked it up one day when I was dynoing my car. "I think I have a nose for your car in the back, never been installed." I added the 2 vents to increase flow to my intercooler.

It is a fiberglass replica a friend had but never installed. I got a great deal on it and didnt have to pay shipping but it required alot of work at the body shop when I got it painted. I have since revised my policies toward body parts - get the good quality ones, it will save you in the long run.

I noticed that you have the differential brace, how does it feel? Any pros. or cons.? By the way, your paint looks really nice and the car looks straight. Very nice. Good job. Keep us updated when you get some more tuning done, what type of HP numbers do you want from the setup? Later.

I used the brace as a band-aid for wheel hop on launches - it made a huge difference almost stopping it completely in my case. It did add some noise to the rear end but was easy to install and cheaper than replacing the motor mounts and diff bushings. I have since replaced my motor mounts with the poly mounts and put on the jimlab diff bushings (also very noisy)so I havent put it back on yet. Im waiting to see what it does once I get tuned to 18psi.

Im shooting for 400rwhp and expect to reach it faily easy now with just the tuning left..Maybe tomorrow depending on the weather.
