FD's and Spring

I love my drive my FD in this nice spring weather. Nothing makes me forget tax time, politics, gas prices etc. like my weekly carbon cleaning run on the Dallas Tollway. Won't trade it!

Ahhh to have a running FD. Have a red-line rip for me, will be another month before I'm driving my old girl. Just putting the finishing touches on my rebuild.

Nothing puts a smile on my face like going WOT during a nice spring day in my dream car. Good luck with yours, hope you get her running soon.

I'm glad it's warming up. It was much more comfortable outside the other night when an FD left me stranded

I agree. Nothing like a nice cool weekend day to go cruising.

Ill be doing that in a couple of hours lol.

Although we have to take advantage because the scorching hot weather is soon approaching. And THAT i hate driving the FD in

I like to drive at night during the summer and during the day during spring and acceptable winter days.

I love driving my car in the winter, it hauls *** when the air is cold. I like driving with the windows down in the spring also.

Ive had the windows up for so long. Its nice to keep them down without blasting the heat.

Best part is wind doesn't blow at your face with the FD.

Nice thing about living here is that there are a ton of back roads that are in decent shape to take a drive on. And then there is always Texas 6 as a backup. Driving through town on the other hand....

Enjoying it before it gets real hot. Then it's early morning or evenings since my air is gone, just got to go fast enough to keep that air flow going.

Spring cruising FTW!!!!!! The fall is fun too tho!

It does everything you mentioned except make me forget about the rising gas prices! If anything it reminds me very much about them. That being said, I enjoy ever last drop of gas I waste with my 7.

What I hate about spring....freaking pollen on a freshly washed black car.

Hehe i do the same exact thing.

While some of my buddies are cruising with their AC on in the summer, i have to pass on most days because i just cruise alone in the early morning, like 9-10ish while the weather is still tolerable. lol

Im enjoying the weather now though. I think 55-65F is the absolute BEST weather for any sports car driving. IMO.
