Which FD in SCC has best chance?
In the July issue of Sport Compact Car, which FD do you think SHOULD represent the 3rd gen? I am thinking Isaac Gilbert's or Matt McGraw's.
Anyone else?

yeah granny test i am completely screwed and same on emissions.
But all i need to do is turn the boost down for the mpg and stay low rpms.
And for the car show I may not have a body kit, but i do have a bunch of custom installed electronics i did myself, including a 12" Kicker L7 Solo-Baric sub with a Kicker 600 watt mono amp to it in a custom box I built to fit perfect in the back. The seats and harnesses with the roll bar should score some points and same for the front mount I/C with the spray kit. Get a good polish on them wheels(takes a good 1.5 hours a wheel) and I should be set.

Maybe next year. I think my 7 would have had a shot with the new additions of the Stage 3s and the Blingalicious Fikses.....

I think that having so many FDs to choose from is going to make it hard to get one in the show. We need to back only one car as a group if we want to see any of them make it.
I'll go with Spierer if that is what others want. Nothing wrong with helping out a fellow forum guy.

This contest is all crap. No matter how much you vote they will pick the cars that will be in the top 10. Last year that Viper lived like 15 minutes away from the shooting spot and knew everyone there, he was a profressional race car driver, so of course he won. I'm really good friends with the guy that drives the yellow integra that was in it last year. He said that no one really even tried cause they all knew who was going to win from the start.

i think gerry finks SRX 7 would have really had a shot at winning, i heard something about how one or both of his fuel pumps went out so he never got to finish. I still think his car has the best shot, hopefully this time around he has cured most of the bugs out of it.

Thanks to anyone who is voting for me. I believe what has been said though, you already know who will win when you get there. I just want to experience it and see how well my FD stacks up to some crazy *** supercars (Supercharged Viper/Corvette). I will have new pics later tonight of all that has been done since the entry.

Yeah Dave with the Vector owns the company. Very cool guy. Chance is the guy with the red t-78 FD. He's on the board, call911 is his name. But the yellow integra, Deric, his car is fast. He put down high 400 WHP while heatsoaked. He also has a bigger turbo since then too.
That SRX-7 guy like drove off the road track and broke his suspension, that's why he couldn't finish the contest. He didn't really have a good chance of winning cause he failed the emissions test really bad, and the grandma test. But the contest is staged ftom start to finish so who cares. That's why my friend didnt enter again, he said it's a waste of time.

Also, when did you catch a ride? Did Steve take you out in my 7?
