fd rough idle
i have a 94 fd and it was running perfectly fine and yesterday when i came to a stop light i noticed the idle was terribly rough and almost wanted to stall out. when i give it a little gas to get rolling it stumbles and wants to die. but if i hold it at 2k rpm it seems fine. just down low it seems to run like ****. it seemed to build boost fine. i did notice the other day when i got on it, it let out some smoke not sure of the color. the motor was replaced 15k miles ago by kdr in PA and all the vacuum lines are brand new. i pulled off the upper intake and checked all the lines out and found nothing. the vacuum at idle when warmed up seems a little low around -13psi? was normally around -18psi... the engine is shaking quite a bit so i was thinking maybe a bad coil or plugs? i also just filled my tank at a gas station i never go to so maybe bad gas? but that wouldnt explain the vacuum issue at idle. should i do a compression check? are there any valves that could be stuck open or not working properly that would affect vacuum and performance? anyone have any info? thanks

Ah autumn, the rotary killer.
Sorry to hear about your bad luck man, most of us have been through the same thing.
You could always get an OEM rebuild kit through Ray, and get some ALS/RA/etc seals somewhere else.
