fd price
what does anyone think a 93 fd, with 204,xxx on the odometer, prevoius owner claimed to have gotten rebuilt eingine about 100,000 miles ago, apexi power fc(not installed) rx7store downpipe, rx7store hi flo cat, hks hi power exhaust, greddy intake, turbo xs manual boost controller and a couple of other small things, driver seat is worn and ripped, door panels are dirty and passenger inside grap handle is broken, paint is original from 93 and bumper has some dents. turbos still boost strong, needs vacuum job and has small coolant leak, what does anyone think it could sell for?

5 grand max...204xxx miles? How much did the guy drive the car? Having rebuilt the engine 100,000 miles ago, still puts 104000 miles on the newly built engine. If the turbos are stock, its hard to believe they are boosting strong. i had stock turbos until the started to leak at about 120000. I would not recomend buying this car but instead search for seomthing more stock and with less miles on it even though it might be more expensive.

I won't let go
5k max? WTF are you talking about?
Mileage alone will not determine the price, especially with these cars. I've got ~110k on mine and looking at the underbody you'd swear that it had much less than that. Several things need to be considered, motor not included. Body condition with particular attention to the undercarriage should be the biggest thing. Interior condition would be second IMO. I've seen a lot of decent condition exteriors with crap interiors. Tranny's are pretty cheap relatively speaking so I wouldn't concern myself that much.
With the description you gave, well, I'd need to see it.
What bothers me is that everyone bitches about the low prices these see but then turn around and low ball the **** out of everything.
I'd say $8-10k if not a little more.

never had any big problems, had to replace clutch soon after i got it. precat was clogged a while ago, needed new radiator, and vacuum problem now, and another small coolant leak. nothing that kept the car off the road for more than a week.
