The nipple on my vacuum chamber

Is broken off. Is there a way to fix these little devils in a reliable manner, or just buy a new vacuum chamber? I'll also need to replace a solenoid or two also because of broken plastic, any recommendations?

You can do something similar for the vacuum chamber.

Thanks for the link Mahjik. . . looks like a good idea, but I don't have any old CRX's laying around in the garage. I guess I could go to a wrecker, but I doubt he'll let me just take the nipples off of things (probably think I'm some kind of perv). How can I get some metal or plastic tubing to set inside? HomeDepot might have some metal tubing in the plumbing section that I could cut to fit???

Just call around and ask a few places if they have some 3-4mm tubing.

With the broken nipple on the vacuum chamber, try an threaded irrigation fitting from your local hardware store. Obviously these are just a big plastic box (Unlike the solonoids for which that link from Mahjik provides an outstanding fixit)
I also have to fix one on my engine (Although I might replace the entire front vacuum box with a aluminium vacuum chamber...should look far sexier....the back one I can't see so who cares!)

I would simply attempt to use 'plastic weld' 2 part epoxy. It's not under a pressure load, so it simply has to be sturdy enough to survive handling. Just be careful not to get the adhesive blocking the passage.

Or, buy a new vacuum tank from the classifieds. There are bunches of these nobody wants.

LONG time ago I was working on an FD with that nipple broken off. Got a 1/8" male hose barb - drilled and tapped a hole in the tank where the nipple was, and screwed the brass fitting in. A little RTV around it to make it airtight, and done. Semi-elegant, but was an easy fix with one trip to the hardware store.
